The Process

How Limitless Capital Works

From intake to certified mail — here's exactly how we take your credit report from problem-filled to dispute-ready in five clear steps.

01
Onboarding~10 minutes

Tell Us What's on Your Report

Create your account and complete our secure intake form. You'll enter details about the negative items on your credit reports — late payments, collections, charge-offs, hard inquiries, and more — across all three bureaus.

  • Secure, encrypted form takes under 10 minutes
  • No credit pull required from us
  • Upload ID and proof of address for letter personalization
  • Sign your service agreement (3-day cancellation right guaranteed)
Note: You will not be charged until your first letters are generated — as required by the CROA.
02
AI AnalysisInstant

We Build Your Personalized Attack Plan

Once your intake is complete, our AI analyzes every item you've entered. It identifies which items are legally challengeable, selects the right dispute strategy for each one, and generates your full credit action plan with legal citations.

  • Every negative item reviewed for FCRA violations
  • Items categorized by dispute type and priority
  • Legal citations included (FCRA § 611, § 623, FDCPA)
  • Plan viewable immediately in your dashboard
Note: The AI never disputes accurate, verified information. Only items that are inaccurate, unverifiable, or unauthorized.
03
Letter GenerationInstant

AI Writes Your Dispute Letters

For each item in your plan, our AI generates a personalized dispute letter addressed to the appropriate credit bureau or original creditor. Letters reference your specific account details, the applicable law, and the exact remedy you're requesting.

  • Separate letters per bureau and per item type
  • 3 letter types: Bureau Dispute, Method of Verification, Debt Validation
  • Your name, address, and partial SSN included for proper identification
  • Letters reviewable and downloadable as PDF from your dashboard
Note: DIY Starter clients print and mail letters themselves. Limitless Core and Pro clients get full print-and-mail service.
04
Certified Mail1–2 business days

We Print & Mail Every Letter

For Core and Pro subscribers, we handle all the mailing. Every letter is printed, signed, and sent via USPS certified mail with tracking so you have a legal paper trail of every dispute you've filed.

  • Printed and mailed within 1–2 business days of letter generation
  • USPS certified mail with delivery tracking
  • Sent to Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, and/or original creditors
  • Tracking numbers saved to your dashboard
Note: Certified mail matters legally — it proves the bureau received your dispute, which starts their 30–45 day response clock.
05
Tracking & Follow-UpOngoing

We Monitor and Notify You

After letters are mailed, you wait for bureau responses — typically 30–45 days. Your dispute tracker in the dashboard shows the status of every letter. If a bureau removes an item, we flag it. If they verify it, we help you escalate to Round 2.

  • Dashboard dispute tracker with status per item
  • Email notifications when key milestones occur
  • Multi-round dispute support (up to 3 rounds on Core & Pro)
  • View bureau response letters in your document vault

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does credit repair take?

Credit bureaus have 30–45 days to investigate each dispute. Most clients see their first results within 45–60 days of their initial letters being mailed. Results vary based on the number and type of items disputed.

Can I really do this myself for free?

Yes — and we'll always tell you that. Under the FCRA, you have the right to dispute any inaccurate item on your credit report directly with the bureaus at no charge. Our service saves you the time and expertise required to do it effectively.

What types of items can you dispute?

We help dispute items that are inaccurate, unverifiable, or unauthorized — including hard inquiries, collections, late payments, charge-offs, repossessions, and public records like judgments. We never dispute accurate, verified information.

What happens if the bureau verifies an item?

If a bureau verifies an item on Round 1, we escalate to a Method of Verification (MOV) letter on Round 2, requesting the specific documentation they used to verify. If that fails, Round 3 targets the original creditor directly.

Do I need to pull my own credit report?

You can get a free copy of your credit reports at AnnualCreditReport.com. You'll use your report to fill in the intake form. We don't pull your credit — we work from the information you provide.
